Spotting Fakes - Help Tokidoki fight counterfeit products
tokidoki is commited to aggresively fighting counterfeiting, piracy and copyright and trademark violations. If you find any product, company or invidual that uses the tokidoki trademark consisting of the heart and crossbones or any tokidoki design, character, image or pattern in any way, we ask that you notify us by sending an email to fraud@tokidoki.it
Currently tokidoki is locating factories in China and Thailand that create fake tokidoki products. If you know of a factory that is producing illegal and unauthorized tokidoki product and report it to us, tokidoki will provide sizable rewards for the identification and prosecution of certain large scale operations. All reports will remain anonymous.
Q: Someone is selling tokidoki bags or other products on ebay. Are these items authentic?
A: Unfortunately there is no way to be sure of these items origin and authenticity. Often unscrupulous ebay sellers have been known to post pictures of real tokidoki items and then ship fake ones instead.

Q: How can I help police tokidoki on ebay?
A: its simple: just email in the item numbers of ebay auctions that you suspect are fakes and we have ebay end them IMMEDIATELY!
Q: I want to report a counterfeiter. Who should I contact?
A: Please email fraud@tokidoki.it. Provide as many details as you can, including the name and address of the seller or store, what items they are selling, and whether we may contact you for further information on the case. We promise to follow up every report of fraud both in the United States and all other countries! |
